How Kidô works

Kidô is a smart, wearable safety system designed to protect children from two of the biggest risks: drowning and wandering off.

Each system includes a child’s bracelet and a Parent HUB that work seamlessly together, no app, no Wi-Fi, just instant, reliable alerts.

Smart Detection Bracelet for Kids
The child wears a soft, comfortable bracelet that is packed with sensors. It constantly monitors for:
- Water Immersion: If the bracelet detects full submersion (like falling into a pool), it sends an instant signal to the Parent HUB.
- Distance Breach: If your child moves too far from the hub (you), Kidô triggers a distance alarm to alert you.

Kidô was primarily designed as a Water Safety Alarm for Kids. An additional distance alert warns parents when the connection between the child bracelet and parent hub is lost (up to approx. 90m under ideal conditions).
Kidô is not a GPS tracker and does not provide location tracking. Intelligent filtering technology helps minimise false alarms.

Thanks to its intelligent filtering technology, Kidô knows the difference between a splash or handwashing versus actual danger, helping you avoid false alarms.
Parent HUB That Alerts Instantly
The compact, rechargeable Parent HUB is designed for simplicity and immediate response.
Loud Alarm & Visual Signals: It sounds the alarm and flashes if something’s wrong.
Real-Time Reactions: You’re notified the second anything happens: water, distance, or if the device malfunctions.
No Phone Needed: It works independently. No apps, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth required.
The HUB is easy to carry or simply place nearby, whether you're at the pool, beach, campsite, or visiting family. Up to 3 days of battery life.
